Originally from New Delhi, India, Himanshu Kumar began his real estate career in 2005 as a sales associate with Stirling Sotheby's International Realty. Alongside fellow associate Naresh Mistry, Himanshu built the successful team, now called The NM Group, where he personally represented many local and international customers with real ​estate holdings throughout Central Florida. Taking a brief break from real estate sales, Himanshu procured his broker's license and opened a property management company while still working as the marketing coordinator for The NM Group. In 2021, he returned to Premier Sotheby's International Realty as the broker associate of The NM Group.

His genial and hospitable personality quickly puts people at ease, allowing Himanshu to develop strong relationships with his customers. Himanshu consistently delivers exceptional service, drawing upon his well-honed negotiation skills and his expertise in the digital marketing space to bring his buyers and sellers the best experience possible. He stays on top of local trends and continues his real estate education so he can guide customers through a challenging and ever-changing marketplace as a well-balanced and knowledgeable advisor.

Himanshu is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. He lives in Orlando with his family and is the proud father of an exceptionally brilliant daughter with whom he is learning to play golf. In his leisure time, Himanshu enjoys rising before the sun to get in an early morning workout or bicycle ride while listening to audiobooks. He is a strong supporter of the local community and often volunteers his time for various programs related to children's education and development services.
